Stretching is good for flexibility, blood circulation, and ease stress.

Its a minimal exercise that is part of package sport.

Aren’t stretching stresses the muscles just like resistance bands? How stretching make the muscles weak?

I have been doing yoga for over a year and you know yoga has flexibility poses, and those stretching poses elongated my muscles and gave me strength.
