Some great facades are miserable on the inside:
A business sell, but it’s broken from within.
You know what does that mean?
A lot of mess going on in the backgrounds:
- It takes time
- It takes efforts + “messy”
- It takes resources + costs = To deliver
→ Problem here is about internal capabilities of the company.
They’re weak, working hard to support your sales and deliver at “a high cost.”
My advice is to begin questioning your strategic and operational levels:
1. Is the decision right from the start? If not, what’s missing?
2. Do you get future right? if no, what are you missing?
3. Do you innovate? if no, why not?
- Do you run into many issues when delivering new thing?
- Why do you allocate resources more than anticipated?
- Why you spend time figuring out what went wrong?
Answering these questions will help you:
Align strategic objectives with operational performance, providing insights for targeted improvements. and finally shape outcomes with anticipated efforts/time/cost.
The more you leave it as is, the more complexity you add to it.
Have seen a great facade that is broken from the inside?
