Are we entering a cycle where a few rise and most fall?

For both, as businesses and individuals.

Growth is about responding to challenges

Not by expanding territories…

Those who don’t respond to challenges DECLINE

So are individuals.
So are companies.
So are societies.

Civilization as a whole starts to decline.

Today…

Companies, corporations, and organizations are reluctant to respond to challenges.

Why?

Profit fears and financial risks block problem-solving
Culture fears mistakes, favour safe path over bold action.
Approval layers and decision processes slow down responses

As an individual and design strategist, I find joy in working on business challenges.

I go out of my way to help stakeholders and team members deliver outcomes.

So, I don’t understand leaders who ignore their business challenges.

- Paper money they save today is worthless.
- Paper money gains value when used to create sustainable outcomes
- There is a decline in spiritual behaviour among leaders.

A complete shift from self-fulfillment to pure material fulfillment.
We are where we are as humans today because of our response to challenges.

All it takes to respond is synergy between creativity and administrative skills.
